I came from a non-athletic background. Stiffness, injury, and weakness are no stranger to me. Using training, I overcame shitty genetics and am making a leap to athleticism, pain free, and quicker than you could imagine.

 

I know exactly where you’re coming from, and where the challenges lie in getting you back to your favorite sports and activities.

It doesn’t suit most people to train like a bodybuilder - spending time putting your body through hell in the gym is simply not sustainable. I believe in working smarter, with careful programming to allow you to put the effort in where it matters most, on the court or field.
